Cold Kimchi Noodles
Cold kimchi noodles are commonly eaten during the warmer months. The noodles are a really great pairing for grilled meats such as grilled pork belly. It is also a quick and easy meal when there isn’t much food to eat at home. Since kimchi is a Korean staple, kimchi and all the other Korean sauces will most likely always be available in a Korean household. The kimchi noodles can be garnished in many ways, such as dried seaweed, thinly sliced cucumbers, or a simple boiled egg.
