NOTES:

Coating chocolate is different from regular chocolate—it does not need to be tempered! (Tempering is the process for melting chocolate by bringing it to a specific temperature, allowing the sugar crystals to form more strongly and melt less easily.) If you want to use coating chocolate, you can find it on Amazon and at Michaels. But you can make these without using coating chocolate, too! Just be sure to look up directions for tempering the chocolate of your choice before beginning.
